Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by CoinTracker (the “Sponsor”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and by any decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must complete the designated online form provided by the Sponsor during the Giveaway period. Each person may submit only one (1) entry. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Entries generated by scripts, bots, or other automated means are void.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on the date and time specified by the Sponsor and ends when the first fifty (50) eligible entries have been received, or at such earlier or later date as the Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

5. Prizes

The first fifty (50) eligible entrants who successfully complete the entry form will each receive CoinTracker branded merchandise (“Prize”). The specific items included in the Prize will be determined by the Sponsor and are subject to availability. The approximate retail value of each Prize will be determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Shipping

Prizes will be shipped to a valid physical mailing address within the United States only. The Sponsor is not responsible for shipping to P.O. boxes or addresses outside of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Shipping costs will be covered by the Sponsor. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their entry form. Each winner may be required to provide a valid shipping address and any additional information necessary to fulfill the Prize within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor. Failure to respond or provide required information within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and the Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner.

8. Privacy

By entering the Giveaway, entrants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information (including name, email address, and mailing address) by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and fulfilling the Prize. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. The Sponsor will not sell or share entrant information with third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to this Giveaway, except as required by law.

9. Tax Responsibility

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes, fees, or other charges associated with receipt or use of the Prize. The Sponsor may require winners to complete and submit applicable tax documentation (e.g., IRS Form W-9) prior to Prize fulfillment, depending on the value of the Prize.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical malfunctions, human error, or unauthorized intervention in any part of the Giveaway process.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who acts in violation of these Terms or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
